The agreement between you and Aligned Hearts, covering membership, bookings and event tickets.
This page is scaffolding, not a policy. The headings below are the shape the final document takes. A dating platform handling sensitive data across twenty-plus state privacy regimes needs a lawyer to write the text, and both app stores require a working privacy policy URL, so this blocks launch.
Who this agreement is with
Aligned Hearts and you, from the moment you use the site, book a session, or buy a ticket.
Membership
Membership is personal, non-transferable, and can be ended by either side.
Bookings and payment
Prices are shown before payment. Payment is taken through Stripe; card details never reach this site.
Event tickets
A ticket admits one named, identity-verified person.
Conduct
Be decent to people. Conduct that makes an event unsafe ends the membership without refund.
Liability
Introductions are made in good faith. No outcome is promised, by us or by anyone in this business being straight with you.
