Refunds

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free up to 24 hours before. Event tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before, and transferable after that.

This page is scaffolding, not a policy. The headings below are the shape the final document takes. A dating platform handling sensitive data across twenty-plus state privacy regimes needs a lawyer to write the text, and both app stores require a working privacy policy URL, so this blocks launch.

Sessions

Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours the session is charged.

Event tickets

Refundable up to 48 hours before the night. After that, transferable to another verified guest but not refundable.

Retainers

Matchmaking retainers are set out in the engagement letter you sign before any payment is taken.

If we cancel

A night we cancel is refunded in full, automatically, to the original payment method.
